Team kitty

Fill the kitty

Every team needs money for the cup trip. Your players already own sticks and already want the cap. That is an easier sell than another box of raffle tickets.

What it is

The team sells,
the team keeps it

The team takes a batch and sells it the way teams sell things: to each other, to parents, to the club, at a home game, in the group chat. Nobody has to knock on a stranger’s door.

It works because it is a product your players want on their own sticks anyway. Where the money goes is the team’s call — the cup trip, the bus, the end-of-season thing.

Who it suits. Teams, parent groups and club committees with something to pay for. One person has to own it: a team parent, a coach or a captain.

How it works

From decision
to kitty

01

One person owns it

A team parent, a coach or a captain. Somebody has to count the caps and count the money.

02

Tell us about the team

Which team, how many players, what you are saving for and when you need it.

03

We agree the setup

How many caps, which motifs, how they reach you and how the money comes back. Written down first.

04

You sell and you count

Home games, the group chat, the club café. Then you tell us how it went — that decides the next batch.

Good to know

Before you ask

The numbers

What the team makes on each cap and how the batch works is agreed with you, in writing, before anything ships. We do not publish terms we have not settled — that is why there is no percentage on this page.

When players do the selling

Players can absolutely sell. The batch and the money stay an adult’s responsibility — one named person, start to finish.

Start before the deadline

Ask before the cup fee is due, not after. Caps get made and shipped, and the season has a calendar.

Next step

Get the team selling

Tell us which team, how many players and what you are saving for.

What to tell us

Club and team, number of players, what the money is for, and who is holding the batch.
